Staff

Christian Alliance Housing is a very special organisation which transforms the lives of people who work for it as well as those it serves. A quality that is valued greatly and is constantly mentioned across the Association is the sense of family that is felt amongst staff.

We work in a rapidly changing and always challenging environment and as we work with many people variously described as vulnerable, marginalised and ‘at risk’, we need to maintain our commitment to improving and developing our services. In order to achieve this, we have some 300 employees covering London, the South West, Midlands and other Home Counties. Our staff members work in various roles including project and housing management, administration, project development, service user development, and many more.

In providing the services we offer, we depend on our staff. Without their commitment, dedication and professionalism, we would not be in the position we are in today. We value all our staff and always do our best to ensure that they can do their best through support and training opportunities where necessary.

 

Directors

The Corporate Management Team manages the day-to-day affairs of Christian Alliance Housing. Together with the Chief Executive, it consists of 5 Operations Directors, the Finance Director and the Property & Development Manager. Each member is responsible to the Chief Executive for his or her particular areas of work.
